Our Story

Visibility Works was founded by Chris Vale and Sean Woitas: two longtime collaborators with a shared passion for helping businesses grow through smarter search marketing.

Their professional journey began in 2015, when Sean joined Chris’s SEO agency, Virtue Advertising. Shortly after, Virtue was acquired by Logical Position, where the two built a small SEO team into a multi-million dollar product with hundreds of clients and over 150 employees. Along the way, Chris became Logical Position’s first Chief Product Officer, while Sean served as VP of SEO, leading strategy, product, and people for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the country.

Fast forward to 2025: Chris and Sean have reunited to launch Visibility Works, a boutique agency built for the new era of search. With 25+ years of combined experience, they help brands navigate a digital world where visibility means more than just rankings. It’s about showing up where it matters most, from Google and AI-driven results to ad platforms and beyond.
